Woman in Blue

I walked down my hall one day

And met a woman dressed in blue

I would not say the color suited her

But when she smiled

It did not matter

Blended Sky

The sunrise kissed the sky

With a haunting blue and pink

With purple hues for a final touch

It makes me realize

This is what makes me alive

For moments like this

That I can share with you

Sing

To sing in key is a delight

It is the goal to harmonize

To sing off key is not nice

Maybe you should take up whistling

As long as it is not directed

At young girls in tights

Run

What if I can’t run

Or take a fall

I desire to hear your voice

I will obey your call
